    Role Description:


    This is a full-time on-site role for a pediatrician at [Client Confidential]. The Pediatrician will be responsible for providing primary care to children. The Pediatrician will be working with other physicians, PA, NPs, and will be responsible for diagnosing and treating illnesses, injuries, and health problems.

     

    Responsibilities:

          Provide comprehensive and compassionate pediatric care to patients, from newborns to adolescents, at [Client Confidential].

    ·     Conduct routine check-ups, screenings, and immunizations following AAP guidelines.

    ·     Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses and injuries.

    ·     Monitor child growth and development, identifying any concerns or delays.

    ·     Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create effective treatment plans.

    ·     Educate patients and families on preventive care, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.

    ·     Perform and interpret diagnostic examinations/data to determine nature and extent of pediatric patient's medical condition/injury

    ·     Collect, record, and maintain details of the patient's information such as clinical history, reports, and test outcomes

    ·     Administer treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other particularized medical care to treat or preclude illnesses, disorders, or injuries in infants and teens

    ·     Counsel and guide patients and their parents or guardians regarding diet, essential activities for treating complications, hygiene, and disease preclusion

    ·     Serve as a resource person and provides advice and consultation to allied programs

    ·     Review concurrently and/or retrospectively referrals for specialized pediatric care initiated by other medical practitioners for appropriateness and review


    Qualifications:

    ·     Education level: Graduate of a 4-year, accredited medical school. Completion of a Medicine-Pediatric (preferred), Pediatric, or Family Medicine residency program.

    ·     Experience: Minimum of five (5) years as a licensed physician with a focus in pediatrics and strong skills in caring for ages 0-12 as well as other age groups. Preference for prior experience in a continuity-based practice.

    ·     Experience with EHR-based medical record keeping.

    ·     Proven track record of providing extraordinary patient care and customer service.

    ·     Enthusiasm in working in collaborative teams.

    ·     Excellent ability to multitask, utilize best judgment, and work effectively under pressure.

    ·     High emotional intelligence and ability to create and maintain relationships.

    ·     Intellectual humility and the ability to communicate compassionately.

    ·     Experience in Pediatric urgent care needs.

    ·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    ·     Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and their families.

    ·     Knowledge of fluent Spanish or Haitian Creole is a plus and highly valued in our diverse community.


    License & Certifications:

    VI Medical License (current or ability to obtain one.)

    Board Certification: American Board of Pediatrics certification or the American Board of Family Medicine.

    Current DEA and BLS certification.

    Role Description:

     

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Hygienist at [Company Confidential]. Provides high-quality routine dental hygiene care to dental patients at the Clinic, following a patient-centered model. Works with Staff Dentists, and the rest of the dental and medical care team to ensure comprehensive, culturally sensitive dental care to all clients of the clinic.

     

    Responsibilities:

     

    * Provides routine dental hygiene care to dental patients, including the completion and updating of medical histories, complete periodontal chartings & probing, radiograph taking & processing, and scaling, prophylaxis, and root planning.

    * Educates clients with regard to dental hygiene, including the creation of treatment and prevention plans to extend care between office visits.

    * Provides assistance during the orientation of new dentists and hygienists.

    Role Description:

     In this role, the Attending Psychiatrist diagnoses and treats patients with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders at [Company Confidential]. They examine patients to determine their general physical condition using standard medical procedures and order or perform various tests, analyses, and x-rays to provide information on a patient's condition. The psychiatrist diagnoses the patient's condition based on exams, tests, and reports, and discusses the results with patients and families. Additionally, they prescribe and administer drugs and treatments as needed. 

     

     

     

    Responsibilities:

     

    * Provide psychiatric, diagnostic, and therapeutic services to patients.

    * Conduct psychiatric examinations and evaluations.

    * Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions.

    Role Description:
